Here is a good recipe for Pumpkin Pie. It's kinda spicey relating it to others, but well worth it if you like Pumpkin Pie. I made it last weekend and everyone loved it
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 1, 9 inch unbaked crust or if your that skilled, your own home made 2 eggs, beat them a little or as they say, lightly 1, 12 oz evaporated milk 1, 15 oz can pumpkin puree 3/4 cup sugar (if you use Splenda, measure according to their directions on equal amounts to sugar) 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground allspice 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a medium sized bowl, mix the eggs, evaporated milk and pumpkin. In a separate medium bowl, mix the sugar, flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Stir into the pumpkin mixture. Pour into the pie crust. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool on a metal rack. I add 1 teaspoon of nutmeg to everything I bake so if you want, try it, but not everyone likes the taste

This is the recipe I use for my turkey and stuffing every year (at least for the past 3 years), it turns out pretty tasty.
I've heard about the Turducken before on cooking shows, not sure where to get one though, since I am definitely not ready to stuff those birds like that. |

I bought a turducken two years ago and it was okay but not spectacular. I am fond of fresh never frozen turkey with chestnut and sausage stuffing.
