Another will these fit(about to pickup now)!!

The tires are 205/40R 17, I read the tire guide but I wasn't too sure, I have DF210's in the car and am wondering if it will rub or scrape or anything. If im good i'll pick them up now. So will these work with the drop :D :D :D

Thanks YW'ers!!!

Offset? With DF's I'm guessing those will rub, unless they happen to be the perfect offset.

Yup... the offset is the all important factor here. Flip them over and check the stamp for the offset. Good luck.

what offset am i looking for? It was not in the ad, between a certain range?

On this post he said that he is fine with no rubbing but i'm assuming he has proper offset!

I have those specs, but I'm on Tein S.Techs. My rims are +40, and I only rub on freeway dips (front only, I don't rub at the back). So I'd stick to no less than +42.

Damnit damnit damnit, im dumb, i got a steal on some Motegi MR7s, i looked it up online and asked the kid and both said +45 offset, i said nice im gonna grab these up. 17x7 with high perf summer tires. I get them the wheels are dirty, but functional, get home clean them up... +40 offset.... I AM SO DUMB TO NOT CHECK, is there anything i can do to make these fit without changing springs out again :-/

They'll still work... I had 205/40/17's on 17x7 ET38 and completley eliminated the rubbing with minor fender liner trimming.

hopefully that is the case, the rims look fine, two have a couple of warps but nothing major, but i scored them for $200 with General Exclaim tires. going to give them to a rim straightening company and hopefully trading tires for some all season + cash

Hey guys, another milestone in this stupid wheel project....

Ummmm the bolts coming from the hub are not long enough to fit with the stock lug nuts. Has anyone run into this problem? because i was going to put them on now and am kind of really pissed that this happened, because this seems just like another headache coming my way... And i also need to get some locking lugs as well...

You need the tuner lug nuts. This happens with most wheels.

(Unless I'm not understanding your problem right..)

im pretty sure thats what i need(being that the wheels fit on there, just the lugs are too deep in the wheel to get the stockers on), any place local you think i can get them, or should i just ebay these bad boys? Tuner lug nuts are essentially a wheel lock set as well? Thieves around this area are brutalll

Thanks for the quick reply

Will these guys fit

Yes they should fit, most are universal. I would suggest AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts (possibly NAPA? not sure what auto parts stores you have there) if you want to put the wheels on today.

Some claim anti-theft capabilities, but it's just as easy to get out as a normal lugnut because you can use socket extensions instead of the key.

Also you said its universal, but i saw people saying we need closed acorn or something? im sure theyll help me there + i can always return them. Thanks for the help

I said "most are universal" because I've never found a set that didn't fit. But doesn't mean they all will be.

Mine look like the picture I showed.

Got these on with the advice of tuner lugs, those things are a pita to work with while using the key, but i got it done at 11PM, neighbors not a bit too happy, but the yaris gets what the yaris wants...

I have just ONE problem now lol, it doesn't scrape while going over bumps or lock to lock, but it scrapes while turning slightly on the driver side wheel only so far. Its just a faint scrap but enough to bother you, Any ideas? Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
