removing the stereo

hi im new on this forum but didnt find a search button if there is one so i dont know if its been asked before
i want to remove my stock head unit but how do i go about doing so i want to hook up a system to it but dont want to spend more than for just the window tint and audio. i want to use the same headunit how do i remove it thanxs and sorry if its confusing let me know and ill try to fix it thnxs
