i know this is in the wrong place but i need some help for you guys.

i'm hooking up my stereo and can't get the speakers to work. i'm using the scosche line out converter because i want to keep my stock HU. currently i split the wires behind the radio and ran the wires from the HU to the input of the line out converter, rca to the amp, and from the amp back up to the other side of the speaker wires behind the HU. i can get power to the amp but i can't get the speakers to work... what am i doing wrong?????
