Question Anybody here registered on ft86club?

Anyone also on FT86club.com ?

Thought I'd ask.

See a lot of Yaris owners there so curious if anyone here is a member there too. Guess it's natural that some Yaris owners would be interested in a small Toyota sports coupe.

One can hope. Toyota has had a decent record recently in bringing new cars to market that are pretty close to their concept versions.

It could or could not be...depending how aggressive Toyota really wants to be towards that certain group they are targeting in the market...

The FT could mean future toyota or....reading on some blogs it could be FT = Fujiwara Toufu-ten - Initial-D if refering to the 86 specifically....

Not to burst your bubble or anything..but Toyota reps don't know much..the designer and engineers do...reps are usually the last ones to get the tidbits...if any?

http://www.google.com/#hl=en&source=...c9ea851cee2c5b

Amazed at what? concept cars? no not really....I've seen so many actually through design magazines...

Nothing is definite till the PR....i said "could", and i dont believe FT = future Toyota 100%... shouldn't all cars be FT...something something then, when unveiled as concept or close to production....anywho~~~

Well I guess i overlooked it, you deserve a brownie point for that.

For that forum, I'm worried it'll be a bunch of immature RSX and Civic tuners crammed in there, unless half the people here migrate there and take over..

Actually it isn't.....There are a lot of AE86, s2000, and miata owners. An they seem pretty cool and not immature.
