For you with an Amp and stock stereo

I hooked mine up and it keeps overloading the radio... I'm not even trying to run that much power either where did you tap in for your remote wire? I did the Acc D-3 that the sticky says but it looks like there is too much power being looped through. Anyone else have this issue?

I was gonna tap into the cigarette lighter but found an unused connection under the shift cover(beside the shifter). Easier if you use a multi meter to check first, and it only turns on when car is on.

Overloading the radio as in how? There is a wire behind the radio you can tap into, but regardless, you need to fuse anything you are getting power from.

better to use a 12V light bulb and soldered to it two wires. One with a pin and one with an aligator clip. This is faster way to check.

I got my system installed last night on my stock radio and it sounds awesome. I used Pioneer all the way.
