Talking Do you say hi to... ?

Ok so I have done this since I've bought my Yaris and I am wondering if I am the only one!

Whenever I see another Yaris (usually just the HB bc thats what I have) I either wave, honk (friendly Honk), or acknowledge the person in the other car in some way....

I just wanted to know if I am the only one who does this or if I am just weird!

Also can we start an official Yaris acknowledgement similar to how the Motorcyclists have their low-wave...

i got too many yaris in my town (lots of asian people who dont mind driving smaller subcompacts, and i am an asian too if u are wondering) so i rarely do that, but once in a while when i pass by a modded one, i either know who's it is or just give them a headturn lol

I was doing this when I go my yaris in 07 and other people were doing it also in my area (So Cal) but I haven't really done it lately.

It would be cool to have a Yaris signal or something =P

I just give them the "sup" nod if I see nice mods. Otherwise, I'll still look but be indifferent

I'll look and give a wave if I can tell that they are also looking my way.

see there aren't that many Yari in the Monterey area.... I was told by the Toyota dealership (who only had one singular Yaris in his lot :-( ) that this is a "Higher end area" (hence the overwhelming Prius population) because of this whenever I see another Yaris I secretly hope that it is someone on here!

We should have an official YARIS WORLD WAVE/SIGNAL
hahaha

I don't see to many yari in my town. I've only seen two on a daily bases and they both happen to be red like mine.

Yep, it's gotten to the point that you can't roll down any street in Van City without seeing a Yaris. Funny thing is I seem to notice more hatchbacks compared to sedans. Maybe it's because I drive a hatch.

And, no, I don't say hi to other drivers. It just seems sort of funny doing that to a complete stranger.
