Delrin is my favorite, available in my store for the automatic.

I'm sure Cali sells them for less, but if you would like to maintain the Toyota theme try a leather Tacoma knob to name one. There are several Toyota models that use a leather knob that will fit.

I bought one for a manual (M12x1.25 thread) and bought a threaded insert to adapt it to the M8x1.25 thread of the auto (from McMaster-Carr). But, there are also many available in the correct size or with plastic sleeves that allow them to work with multiple thread sizes.

I made myself one as a machinist. Not finish yet. I'll post a pic when it will be done.

I was looking at tons of knobs just today on Amazon. Didn't know if I could just pick one or not. On my Tacoma I had this heavy skull whose eyes lit up red (yes I did), but had to use an adapter to make it fit, plus it had the set screw.

I wanted to use that same head on the new car, but got outvoted. :/

I've been kinda lookin for a new knob myself....gettin a lil tired/bored from the toyota accessory one that I've got. All the ones I've seen have either been or too ricey, I'd like one that just scews on meanin no set screws. I forgot the threading on it too

I really liked my skull head, but MAN was that thing cold in winter! You could barely touch it when you first got in the vehicle...afraid your hand might freeze to it!

I guess frostbite and 3rd-degree burns are the price we have to pay for knobs we like.
