First time ??modder??

Hey there, this is my first time doing this and i am totally inexperienced and unknowledgeable about this so please bear with me :)

OK, i have a 1.5 Yaris tsport vvto 53plate.

Great little car, got 66k miles on the clock.

What i want to do, if i can be pointed in the right direction, is to do the following;

- The in care entertainment system is naff i want it out for a decent system, no sub, maybe an amp not decided tbh.

- The LCD screen with MPG etc etc on it, can that come out for a screen that'll play video and have a satnav?

- The alloys are blistered, slightly rusty and look very grey, i would like to change them for black or white, style dependant.

- I read in a thread about getting different springs and/or lowering the car for better corner handling and to reduce the centre of gravity?

- Performance, i dont want to turbo it up, what can be done to make her a little faster say maybe 125bhp?

- Seat covers, some decent seat covers would be nice :P

- Exhaust, nothing too loud an obnoxious i dont want to wake half the town when i floor, but a nice throaty noise would be welcome


Think that about covers it for now, the paintwork could do with a bit of touch -up due to the primer coat (light grey) showing.

How much would this cost approx?
What would need declaring on the insurance?
How much (guesstimation) would it increase my insurance?
Where the hell do you buy this stuff? :P
where the hell do you take it? :P
