i need help/opinions for my front lip
so i was washing my car this afternoon and noticed that my front lip is hanging..
 i remember hitting a curb in a parking lot few days ago.. so i figured that that could be the reason to this.  now my question is, how can i fix this.. i was thinking of just using a double sided 3M tape. i've never dealt with anything like this before nor done any car modifications aside from rebadging/debadging my yaris..  ^this was located at the very centre of the lip.. i'm not quite sure what that is for..  ^it's hanging low.. and very noticeable..  any help/input will be appreciated..
