you can get energy out of anything if you manipulate it correctly. People have been experimenting getting energy out of water for a few decades, but at this point you have to put more energy into it than you get out.

That would be nice. But I'm wondering if they do manufacture those water powered car, how am I going to drive at -30 degree F outside?
