rear blinkers

hey guys i know on my car 010 sedan the rear blinkers are yellow or amber is it possible to get red bulbs to put in there ? what type of bulbs are the stock yellow ones is what im asking and can you get that size in red thankss

oh really i thought just the front turn siggs had to be yellow and the back could be red or yellow but im in ny so im sure its different thanks though

but you know whats not illegal, marijuana i would move there just for that reason alone haha hopefully other states follow suit

so i looked at that tread are the bulbs different on the sedan cuz it says hb rear turn signal 7507a and i found on another site that for the sedan it says 992/7440al rear turn sigg

oh you're right I was hallucinating, it's the front that can't show red or blue lights.

okay now i do ...hhah.. but back to these blinkers im going out to try to get some red 992/7440 if i find the right ones maybe ill do the swap today

also does the whole rear light need to come out to change the bulb or just the inside trunk lining?

just put them in they look great easy swap although it took me a bit to get them all the way in and i had to bend the terminals just a tiny bit so they made contact with the housing. hope they dont jar loose after hitting bumps i think theyll be fine...right guys?

wellp for some reason they do the "fast" flash now when used individually but all lights work any one know bout this? (wrong bulb its a 7440) (bad connections) when using hazards they all flash at the same slow pace

Are they LED bulbs or standard incandescents? If they're LEDs, they don't draw enough power and the 'fast flash' is caused because the car thinks the bulb is blown out altogether. I can't remember the correct term for it, but a relay or resistor or something needs to be installed. If they are just normal bulbs, then you may have a problem with the fuses.

Seeing that you ordered from SBLEDs like I have before, I'd wager your problem is the former. There are easy fixes for it, but just bulbs alone will lead to fast flashes.

well they are all leds i think 15 led 7440 12v wedge base there actually is a resistor inside the light under the leds and tiny circuit board did i get the wrong one was i suppose to get 7443? i have 2010 sedan
