need to know spring interchanability - Echo vs. Yaris

I've looked around and have read contradicting information.

I am looking for some front lowering springs (or spring strut combo) for my 2005 Echo. Ive read that 06 and 07 yaris springs work... but others say they don't.

Just looking to clarify that info.

Thanks
