Who wants to trade springs?

I have a set of brand new Megan Racing springs I'd like to sell/trade. The drop is 1.5" and I'd rather have just 1". They are brand new, in fact they haven't even arrived in the mail yet.

I saw some pics of a Yaris lowered 1" and I like it much better, so I don't really want these ones.

Tracking # says my springs are in Windsor, i'll have them this week. If there isn't any interest i'll just throw them on and see how it rides

The springs arrived today. If anyone is interested let me know..
I'll definitley trade if someone has springs that are a 1" or so drop.

If not i'll just throw these on.
Thanks

Throw them on. You'll love them. Same springs I run. 1.5" is still quite a mild drop.

Ya I'm actually thinking I will throw them on. I have no experience at all with doing this though.
I printed off the instructions I believe were posted in Toy_Toronto's thread.

Is there anything else I should know before I jump into this?

does the 17mm box end do the job without taking the plastic panel out?

Yes but it's a real tight squeeze in combination with the allen key.

I took the time to remove the wiper cowl assy (~10 minutes) so that I could easily see everything clearly.

I had more room to work and also got a chance to clear out a bit of dirt, leaves, etc. from sorrounding areas and vents.

It's really easy to remove that cowl. It's mostly a bunch of 10mm bolts and some plastic clips... well on my echo anyways

Yup that's pretty much it.

So Piranha, how did you make out with the Megan?

I haven't got around to it yet. I want to set aside a saturday with my friends to put them on. I think it would take a very long time on my own.

Hopefully soon, this month is crazy though. Sold the house, tore down the other one and getting things started on the new build! Plus it's everyone and their brothers birthday in May lol

I did however purchase my GPS/ all in one unit (same as yours) Can't wait for that bad boy to arrive.
