looking at buying an 09 hatchback 5d for $10K

hi,

thinking about buying an 09 hatchback 5d. really liking it for the past few days, and growing more attached. laughed at initially taking it for a test run at the dealership - but i think it may be the one.
looking at paying $10K for it w/ the trade of my 05 dodge neon (140K miles...). it has 15K miles on it, slight hail damage to roof & a few scratches on passenger door. is white in color, so pretty unnoticeable. I'm pleased w/ everything so far - but does the stock deck really offer satellite radio? when i hit the button, nothing happens.... It has auto windows/doors, is an automatic, w/ cruise, etc. Dealer says no keyless entry, however, is this true on this model, you think?

Any tips or advice? Thanks in advance!!
