High mile Yaris?

Hey guys, new on here and was thinking of getting a Yaris. I need a point A to B car with some options like power doors/windows and the Yaris seems to have it. I just want a cheap [fuel wise] reliable car, nothing else.

I just spotted a 2006, base model, with about 100K miles on or 160K KMs. Asking price is 4, 500$. I'm not sure if it's a good price but I'm wondering, past that mileage, what should I be worried about? I know it uses a timing chain and not a belt... anything else I should know? What can I expect to break at this mileage or recommended maintenance?

Basically any input is appreciated. I'm also looking at more recent ones like '09s for 9000$ but I don't quite like depreciation.
