My poor yaris :(

Hey everyone. It's been a while since I've posted on here. Quick update: yaris was involved in a collision going about 35 mph, roads were slick, traffic abruptly stopped and bam I rear- ended a volvo suv. Stupid , I know!
Anywho, after a long debate with te insurance company I figured they would total it (driver air bag deployed) BUT they didn't and total for repairs was -7,000.
Hood right fender bumper air bag steering wheel seat belt assembly and some inner motors parts ( was told just a fee plastic hoses)
So I get car back after 3 weeks and it looks great! All lines match up
Well then the issue starts!
When the car is idling it will randomly jerk (vibrate) almost like it wants to die for a quick second then it's fine. Will do this in drive park or neutral.
Doesn't really seem to happen when I am
Driving just when car is at idle.
Anyone have any thoughts?
I took it to Toyota dealer and he states that he couldn't diagnose because there is not a engine light on!!
Could it be the car is getting too much air or not enough?
Any thoughts are greatly welcomed!
