regular/hard "spirited" driving maintenance

say one drives "spirited" as some may say, or drives "hard" if you will. what are some things to check to keep the yarii running at peak physical condition? (ie: fluids, wheels, tires, bolts, connections, engine, bolt connections ect...)

**as in any certain "problem" areas that may or may not need more attention than others (mostly bolts that could potentially loosen and cause major problems)

** just wondering for the sake of others obviously **

dont take this post the wrong way i know ill get shit for this hahaha
at least im covering all my bases

I would just check everything more often. So that means, oil level and other fluid levels, tire pressure, alignment, tire wear, lug nut torque specs, everything.

I'm that person that "drives enthusiastically" 90% of the time. Def check oil levels since there will be more blow-by. Check everything sooner. I go through tires yearly (balance them every 4-6mos!), and clean my intake yearly. My tranny oil gets changed very very often, and radiator fluid change every 15k. Oil every 5k. I also get stuff to keep the pressure up in the radiator and engine oil dept. Always listen for suspension sounds, especially when you live in my area..Lower CT and NY roads are ass. Driving the misc parkways does a number on your suspension with plenty of potholes and sudden crests and unavoidable dips. Higher speeds do harsher things for your suspension. Also leave the vent on and take in those misc smells!

basically yes check things more and be more aware of how the car behaves.

-Drive at 90 or get run over by that Navigator and every Audi that's on your ass in both lanes. -_-

i just check oil weekly and change seasonally. also weekly checks include tire prerssure and wiper fluid with an inspection of bars underneath for loose bolts. i used to be hella meticulous with the car until some douche hit me and now its just a beater until i can unload it........

I got 50k and still have OEM battery, water pump, and belts.although I did notice a belt squeal briefly upon start up the other morning.also I just cleaned trd filter after 49k and have found out why my ass dyno was indicating something was off. As for maf I would leave it alone until it throws you a code.....

I am changing tranny fluid again with some more redline seeing as it's been 45k since last time. One area that does suffer from abuse is the clutch in this POS which is one reason I want fluid refreshed. I'm having to engage clutch much much higher than normal and 2nd gear starts are almost like 1st on occasion which means it's tear down time or unload it like I want to....

And YES I am aware that a fluid change is no substitute for a new clutch!!!
