EuroLights bulbs
Anyone ever used the Eurolights brand Xenon H4 lights? I also ordered a pair of Hella XY H11 bulbs for the fogs since I didn't want to "fake" the yellow fogs with a yellow film over the fog lens.
Thoughts?

Don't even bother! I use to work at a performance shop and we sold them and we would get so many returns on them. You would be lucky to get 3 months out of them. Stick to a quality brand like PIAA... it costs more but the quality is there and you get a 1 year warranty on the bulbs.

Funny, as I've had a pair of Eurolite bulbs in my Yaris since I took delivery back in May 2006.
They have not burned out, deteriorated in brightness, or created those heat marks on the deflector like other high wattage bulbs. I also do not believe that PIAA = quality, as I have encountered PIAA bulbs that have burned out prematurely or deteriorated.

I don't know, but Eurolites are distributed by Toucan Industries.
They make some other *ahem* ricer brands such as R-Active mufflers/exhausts.

I am running PIAA Xtreme Whites in my 2004 echo hatch and so far they have lasted me 3 years and still going. If you ever have a side by side comparion, the difference is night and day. Eurolite (Toucan) offers a 90 day warranty vs PIAA's one year warranty. The life expectancy on the bulbs will also vary depending on if someone has touched the bulb or not with their fingers. If you want an inexpensive bulb that looks "blue" then Eurolites will be your choice. If you want lights for looking with not looking at, then I recommend PIAA, Hella and so on.

No no...I think we're talking about two different companies.
http://www.eurolamps.com is what i'm enquiring about. I was asking because I didn't want to pay PIAA's $ for bulbs AND just before I traded in my SRT-4 for the Yaris, one of my Syvania Silverstars had taken a dump after two years. I was trying for something different yet of good quality. I also ordered some Hella XY H11s for the fogs.
