Question AM WOMAN PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hello everybody,am asking u all for help,as i wrote am a woman and dont understand those things much, but like to learm new things...
I have Toyota Yaris 2007 sedan.....am happy with the car BUT there is ntn more important in car for me than music.....unfortunatelly my Yaris has a built in radio/cd player....which i woildnt mind if there would be way to connect my phone (Samsung galaxy S3) to it and play my music.....
I live in caribbean and its impossible to find someone who does this professionally....i was asking everywhere here and always got same answer...that there is no way to connect my phone to this type of built-in cd player and that i have to change the whole faceplate, the bracket kit etc..and change this factory made radio with new one....
i will try to insert three pics so u can see what kinda radio am talking about. Please can someone tell me if there really doesnt exist any kind of cable or any other cheaper way how to conect my phone and enjoy a music from it through my built-in radio? Milion thanks Petra

Welcome to the forum.

The connector to the right is the AUX jack connector (so your car is cabled for it), and I see the AUX button on the face of your radio. So, to use your existing radio with your phone, all you need to do is to add the Aux jack (Toyota part number 86190-53010).
