Question about multicolored LEDs??

While looking for LED condoms I came across those cool multicolored ones. How do these work? By varying the voltage? amps? resistance? I think this would be a very cool mod. Then you could easily change your color to suit your mood.

Looks like it is voltage dependant. This would be a pretty simple mod I think. You would just have to wire a potentiometer in line to the LED's to adjust voltage. Then turn it up or down to get the desired color.

I would assume you have to switch power between the leads (it has two extra).

If i am not mistaking, the longest contact should be the negative and the rest of them depends on the color...

Yes, that should be correct. One for the shared negative, and one each to control the intensity of red, greed or blue, so you can mix them around to get pretty much any color you want.

They work by invoking the ricer gods to change the colors of your stock lights through magic. Pretty cool mod....for a ricer.

Merely looking to get rid of the green. My HU has selectable red or blue backlighting. So if I want red I can have all red, blue, yeah I can have that too. If you want rice....how about interior neon kits? Yeah,
