Midpipe Options?

Is Nitto the only company that makes them for our cars?
Or are there other options?

Seems like MI is always out of stock. :(

There is always the custom route. Just take it to a local exhaust shop and they can Fab a midpipe for prolly less money. Or if you can wait I believe Garm is working on another midpipe option but I also think he is trying to get another shipment of the nitto variety.

We've been out of stock for a while now. Megan was supposed to make them for us, but then they wanted a stock one to test with, and we have been unable to source one.

I have more NITTO's on order, but it will take a little while longer to get here.

With that said, the custom route is not that bad if you have access to a decent shop.

I was thinking about replacing the cat with a high flow cat.
We don't have emissions testing or enforcement around here so that doesn't bother me.

You think it will throw a CEL like the nitto does?

2-2.25 is fine. Ideal is 2 1/8 but that's going to be difficult to source.

xnamerxx - and by difficult to source, you mean difficult to find?

Yep, but I do mean source. Many companies will sell 2.15 tube, but its more difficult to find 2.15 mandrel bent tube, since its a really uncommon size. For the stock header there is little to no difference between 2-2.25 so go with the easier option which is generally 2.25 as that is a pretty common size.
