Plasti Dip Hubcaps

Right now the Yaris looks like this...



What I'm aiming for, which I believe won't be exact will be like this...


If I'm not confused all I have to do is wash the hubcaps, sand them, wash again, wait for them to dry and then plasti-dip them.
