Yaris AC Compressor issue

Hello Guys
i have Yaris 1.3L equipped with 2SZ-FE and the compressor is 5se09c. AC runs pretty well Cooling is gud, the problem that i am facing is that when i Switch ON the AC it makes some grrrrrr grrrrrr sound only @ 750 to 900RPM Range if the Engine RPM goes above or below that range it runs silent.

to test it yesterday i removed the belt & drive all the pulleys manually with hand in order to find any pulley bearing issue bt i didnt find any thing,

when i rotate the compressor pulley it was running lil harder than others is it Normal?? Then Engine was in off condition

Regards
asad

One of mine recently started doing the exact same thing. I think it may be the early stages of the bearings going.
