Spark Plug Problem

We switched out my spark plugs around 1am last night, then put everything together and called it a night. This morning when i fired it up, the car sounded loud and slow. Misfire I assume? When we made a 2am walmart run, the ONLY fitting spark plugs wal mart had were 2 copper and 2 platinum...was it possible that's what caused the bad idle? Also, when placing the spark plugs in, do they snap or pop in? maybe only 2 are in correctly? I'm not sure, but it doesn't sound good.

Any suggestions?

Did i void the powertrain warranty by switching plugs?
