Stivo Concepts Headers: Rota Wheels Inc. Sister Company
These headers are coming on to my Yaris tomorrow. Stivo Concepts is a performance parts manufacturer founded by the son of the owner of Rota Wheels Inc. here in the Philippines. They make aftermatket street and racing exhausts and have recently been making headers.

agreed.... Its money that talks... Need a price comparison.
Hey chuckie, could you post up websites or prices for these? MicroImageOnline.com already supplies Megans and DCsports.

Hi.. Stivo Concepts is a sister company of Philippine Aluminum Wheels Inc., maker of the Rota Brand of wheels. Owner is Stevie Rojas. His father founded Rota. They have a website, stivoconcepts.com but its not very comprehensive. And no online shopping. If im not mistaken, Wheeldude in CA is the main distributor of Rota in the U.S. They deal with Stivo directly and are carrying some of their stuff, mostly for FRS,86, and BRZ I think. According to Stevie, they started making headers back in the 70's, but stopped. Now, they just started to make them again. If you have inquiries about the header, maybe you can contact Wheeldude, or better, send Steve a PM on the company's FB page. Im getting one at 7,500 ph installed which is about 170 USD.

Just done install. Its bolts on very nicely. Everything from stock header, bolts and gasket reused. Reconnected the battery anf started it up. At initial start up I revved it straight away and when i let go, idle dropped to 400, where it started dipping, finally engine died. We reset the battery again. This time I started up without revving, idle started at 500 and started to adjust. Within a few minutes, it normalized. Test driving on the freeway I was able to open it up; feels great. It really feels like airflow has loosened up down there. There is a subtle change in sound, not louder but looser; an airy, breathy sound. To be specific and exact regarding the feel, it feels like im running a larger engine, like 1.6. And I do notice the needle on the tach getting up quicker in the higher rpm range. Have yet to dyno my car. In running full IHE setup now.

I also a big fan of Rota wheels. GT3 are my track rims. Nice header.
Did you sand down the flange on that last picture? Looks a bit rough which may cause leaks when mating to the head. Unless you are using one of those aftermarket gaskets that seem to be made of tin foil, then I guess it wouldn't matter.
