Mirror iPhone display onto Touch and Go system?

Hi there, I was wondering if there was anyway that anyone knows how to mirror an iPhone display to the touch and go system (or even if this can be done) on a 2012 Yaris.

On doing some research I came across an AVC39 cable, but am not sure if this would be compatible or even if it would work? Has any tried this? ()
