driveline noise after clutc/flywheel install

so my latest symptom has been a loud humming under load at 3-4k rpm, its very obvious/annoying on the highway, related symptoms is vibration of the clutch pedal at all times. what does anyone think this could be? a transmission specialist down the road sounded confident that the motor mounts were placed back incorrectly, and ive also read online about the possibility of input/ output shaft misaligment. my initial issue of a chirping clutch fork was solved with lithium grease but i feel like the throwout bearing is vibrating more than it should to begin with (after the replacement), any ideas? f*** this is so heartbreaking i love my car , if anyone experienced could chime in it'd be much appreciated!
