Vortex Generator
I noticed a while ago the newer yaris has a small vortex generator on the inside of the wingmirror base to reduce wind rush. And then i thought about how much noise there was between the wing mirrors when driving at speed.
So I decided I'd make my own and see if they work. I 3D printed them and painted them. Used a good double sided tape to stick them down. Unbelievably they actually work. There is a very noticeable decrease in wind rush. Has anyone else done something similar and also noticed a difference. Granted these are a bit big for the car but they do the job. ![]() ![]() Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk |
