2009 Toyo Yaris HB what are my options to get a key programmed. I have the master key. The dealer and ?

Most dealers do it for free if you buy a key off them.
Fairly sure the procedure that can be found online still works on a 2009 Another option is to buy a MINI vci cable with Techstream and do the same thing the dealer does.

For a 2009 you can program the key-less entry yourself, but programming the security chip can only be done with a specialty machine at either the dealer, a shop, or a locksmith.
