Where can I find the speedlite wire to connect to alpine head unit. Yaris 2011?

are you sure thats what its called?..whats the connection look like, i cant find referance to it anywhere from alpine to ebay

There is a wire in alpine 705d head and it says connect to speed wire on car ?? Something to do with accuracy of gps
