Another fog light installation problem/question

I’ve read every post on foglight installation on using
The search tool. I just want it to work OEM style with low beams only. I have a wire harness for the on/off switch that has different color wires than anything I’ve seen. the red with yellow tracer wires, pins 1 & 3 splice together. Green wire has a crimped remake terminal, black has a ground ring terminal. I followed one installation instruction & ran wife 1 & 2 from the switch harness to the steering column D4 connector, pins 3 &4, install the fog relay. Dash & switch lights are always on key on or off. Dogs don’t turn on if. I jump power outside in the fuse block for the 2hot bulb wires coming in from the bumper harness, the fogs work. I just have a switch wire harness that doesn’t match any others I’ve seen here. If someone can help me out as to where my 4 switch wires go, I’d really appreciate it!
Thanks!
