Wiring Cathode to dome lights?

Ok so I got my cathode kit from Oznium... the package came lickety split... i mean i ordered it saturday and got it monday... how ... i do not know, but i am amazed by their service... other than that... they sent me the wrong switch :( no biggie... i ordered an on/off/on but they gave on/off... this is where is leaves me

I want to wire my cathodes to be on with the door/off with the door closed/on when i have the switch on... with my switch that is not possible...

someone gave the suggestion to wire it to the dome light, but i do not know where to tap into the wiring and how to wire it like that without a switch... if anyone has any electronics experience with doing this it would be greatly appreciated... thanks alot!
