Does such an animal exist? Wife got laid off last week, winter is starting and original tires are almost bald. I really hated how loud the stock tires are so I was hoping to find something that was good on ice, quiet on dry pavement and less then $100 per....

You thought your stock tires were loud!? Oh man, my 205/50/16 tires sound like 33x13.5" i have on my lifted tacoma!

I heard that blizzaks aren't too bad, but never had a studless snow tire before so I'm not too sure.
I always had 4x4 with mud tires.
