New suspension!
so i finished my new suspension set up finally! it has been in limbo for quite awhile.
last season i tracked the car using DF210's, 23 mm rear sway bar, so the spring rates were 175 lbs F and 125 lbs R. The car drove great and the balance was very good!! it needed some more spring, so i have been trying to figure out something to make that happen. i didnt want to lose the HTS's so i wouldnt consider coilovers. so now, i am running ground control coilovers from a Honda Fit on the front with 6" 375 lbs springs, and the rear springs from the T1R Honda Fit kit, 342 lbs. So together, the set up is 375 lbs in the Front, and 342 lbs in the Rear with the sway bar. This should give a balance very similar to the setup i used last season, but each corner is nearly 200 lbs stiffer. After a quick drive around, it drives absolutely AMAZING!! I havent tracked it yet, so its really hard to say, but it is very flat. Cant wait to put the car around a road course, maybe pass some more corvettes and vipers
