Almost there - I put the gas tank back in yesterday, and mounted the plow today for a test run. The plow sits far forward, so it really puts some weight on the front springs. Steering and handling is fine with the weight, it's just that the springs sag too much, so I am going to try to find some much beefier springs that will fit. I am also going to move the mounting pins up about 6 inches higher.

Actually it is still pretty dang straight. The camber is a little positive. If I looked a bit more at the geometry before creating the brackets, I could have accounted for that, but it's not enough to be an issue.
Tomorrow I have to cut the stabilizer links and weld in an extension, as they are about 4" too short now. |
