Got mine - unfortunately, they sent the wrong size. I wasn't even aware that there was more than one.

*sigh*

Yeah - there's no way to cram that in there. The packaging references 31, 41 & 45mm lengths but there is no mention on the web site and no one there thought to ask which I needed.

I guess its off to the post office after I can speak to Bob.

Can you twist the ends off, and trim the center down a bit?

.....................on second thought, after looking at an extra HiLED i have here, you will need to heat one end up (loosen the soldered end), remove the end, cut the cylinder to size, slip the end back on, and re-solder. 5 minute job at most, or you can just return it for the correct one.

Nah - I'm going to return it for the right one which (as best as I can tell) is the 31 mm length.

I'm extra pleased because I dropped the stock bulb as I was reinstalling it and it got lost - I think under one of the back seats. So now I have no dome light until the replacement arrives.

Mine arrived yesterday and it is crazy bright! Not just that but it is a nice pure white and doesnt heatup. I went through a drivethru and turned it on to find change. The guy said wow what do you have in there! I want that in my car. I also installed the 194s in my girls girl (parking and license plate) and they look great. Not blue like the pictures but a very bright ice white. Im gonna get yellow ones for side markers and let you know.

FYI - side marker bulbs DO NOT remove. Its a sealed housing, and unless you heat it, and open it without breaking it, then and only then can you change out the bulb.

It was worth the wait!

Now all I need are festoons for my well lights and the hatch... maybe the map lights too.

Oh... and maybe I'll hook up something under the hood...

Sounds like you listened to my phone convo yesterday with Bob, lol!

He's leaving for over-sea's this weekend, but when he returns, there will be quite a few new things you will see me posting up.

I just ordered HiLEDs for pretty much every light on the car. I definitely won't be telling my girlfriend how much those pretty white lights cost though. :)

I don't think it matters what store you order from. I placed my order and they're shipping it out without any problems. It came out to about $140 for all the lights needed to replace the factory ones. :)
