No, that's what I felt the original hubcaps looked like. I like my wheels to have some substance and fluid lines without all the fake bolt heads and flat surfaces and huge open spaces between tiny spokes. I really couldn't care less if they weigh less than the steelies. I like what I like

Yup, wheels are a very personal thing; we each have our own likes and dislikes.

The blue valve stem cover is a nice touch.

Thanks all! I luv my chromies!

Yes, they are blue valve stem caps. The shop just put them on, I didn't even have to ask them about it.

As I understand it, these should be easier to take care of since it is an aluminum wheel that's chromed instead of a steel wheel. I got some McGuire's Chrome Wheel Cleaner to get the tuff stuff off, but other than that it should be wash & dry to prevent spots.

Now I have to think about getting the calipers and drums painted. Blazing Blue perhaps??

I plan to either powder coat them in Gold or Black not sure yet.
