I already had the TRD Short-shifter and just yesterday installed the NST Shifter Cable Bushings (engine bay). All I can say is WOW!!! They make a HUGE difference as far as accuracy in the shifts. It makes the shifts feel more firm and precise.

Sitting in my room are your NST SSK-2 and Shifter Cage Bushings. Can't wait to install them!

Iam wondering if I can have both NSK SSk short shifters in my car, actually I have the in-cabin SSK-2 but I would like to make my shifts a little shorter.
I would appreciate your help.

I was given the engine bay ssk for Christmas, and I installed it the same day. I love the improved feel as well as the shorter throws. After driving with it this time, I wonder why Toyota didn't make it this way to begin with. The quality of the product is top notch and the ease of installation is amazing. Anyone with two hands could install this thing. Thanks NST and MicroImage for your products and support.

From what I have read on one of the sellers website, "This shifter kit may not fit some 2008-09 models."
So how do I know if it will or will not fit before making a purchase?
