HVAC ODOR: NEW technical service bulletin from toyota
T-SB-0103-09
HVAC ODOR 2007-2008 YARIS SOME(  ) customers may experience an intermittent climate control odor. An a/c amplifier logic change and evaporator sub-assembly have been made available to decrease odor in vehicle.repair is covered under 3 YEAR/36,000 mile warranty...... i already have my car in shop for this service and i thought id pass this on..... EDIT: part is currently on hold status.
