Heres a vid of one of my runs. It was a lil slick on that mossy/wet area towards the end.

actually the times were screwed up, if you read the email, i had a 49.9... steve mentioned they lost the data so not all the runs were correct..

either way, good runs!

Yeah, I remember my best run of the day was 50.8, but that report said different. Oh well, it was still fun.

I don think Ill do a AutoX there again though. Poor cars get all beat up there. It was almost like a rallyx instead of autox with all the ups and downs in that parking lot. I did like the uphill section though.

awesome guys. I don't see much (any?) shifting...what gear are you using and where did you shift on that course?

I have a slushbox and I just put it in 2 and call it a day. The trans stayed in 2nd most of the time though.

I can post up some more footage if you would like to analyze further. That was my second run of the day. I think my 3rd run was my fastest run of the day.

If ER has a event next month @ Homestead will you be in attendence? If there is a event @ Homestead Ill be there.

Next season I might run in FSP with R Comps. I am still thinking...STS or FSP.... R Comps or Street Tires....

Nice vids guys! Tamago, i DD my yaris with z212 rs-2's. They made out to be decent tires for 2 events, although i don't know if the boosted xA will hold traction well. We had a xA come out a while ago, he did pretty well in a bone stock one. The shock travel over bumps on our huge x-overs were redicolously long travel though. He even did a lap day too, and that was fun to see. I have a soft spot for these little cars, and if i wasn't racing my wrx all the time, would give the yaris a shot for a full season.

i'll tell you, after driving both an STI and my xA, i still like autocrossing my xA more.. sure, the STI (cobb stage2, APS catback, 275 tires on 17X10 CCW's, KW coilovers) is a rocket.. but the feeling of control isn't nearly as "direct" in the STI.. fun to get the tail out and stomp the pedal in the STI but not so fun in the slaloms where it feels unsettled.

i will definitely not be running the RS2's for autoX very long.. i have two full sets of tires i'll need to purchase, after the sting of the AEM FIC purchase wears away.
