changing the mkII Yaris speedo display from Digital to analogue

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the digitally created speedometer display form the digital (number) typ to the analogue type (digitally created half round tacho and speedo with needles) I really cannot stand the digital display although I love everything else about the car. I took a gamble and bought this particular model with the digtial display because it was in such good condition and the price was good, but hoped feverishly that I can get the speedo changed or failing that, get hold of a analogue type from a car breaker, although that will then need the odometer correcting to the mileage on my car.
I’m hoping it is something I may be able to do myself, certainly changing the physical display is straightfoward enough, although I will still need to get the mileage corrected.( probably a main dealer only job) and the challenge may be finding out if the one I buy from a car breaker, will be the type I want. Do they have different part numbers?
