What Oil do you guys recomend/Use ?
1)Mobil one..

Mobil 1 used it for years my engines never seem to use any oil one had 189,000miles on it

Amsoil whenever I can, if in a pinch on a road-trip I'll grab some Mobil-1.
But Amsoil first and foremost.

I've used Mobil 1 since 1982 in my Celica GT..
Yo Black..AmSoil..where would you buy that I've never hear of that brand before ??

If Amsoil was available in some kind of store, I would use more of it. I've seen it in some towns sold in shops and stores, but not around here.

Being in the automotive lubrication business for many years now, I can tell you that it doesn't REALLY matter what oil you use. The ONLY important thing is that you actually DO change your oil regularly. I have seen Dodge pickups run over 300,000 miles on Quaker State 30W. That is not an oil I would use personally, but you can't argue with results. Changing the oil is much more important than what brand of oil you use when you change it.
That said, I use only Valvoline motor oils in all my vehicles. Period.
