USB stick music input limited to 255 songs
My music library is ~1300 songs and i noticed that only 255 were being recognized.
None of my other cars have had this problem. ... but I found the solution on Google. I had to create folders, in my case 6, each of which hold 255 songs. It's easy to jump between folders on the touch screen. The system also doesn't recognize m4a's -- but I used one of the free online tools to convert them to mp3's with no problem. |

I just synch up to Google Play. I'm not nearly as tech savvy as you.

Change music import preferences in iTunes to mp3, then you can right-click on any m4a file in iTunes and select "create mp3 version".
