post pics of your OTHER, just as REAL, car(s)

like most people I bought a Yaris to be practical. Honestly I hate the damn thing but for A to B transportation on a budget you can't beat it. I hate riding stock soft sprung shit so I may get coilovers and wheels eventually but modifying one of these just seems pointless and retarded at this point.

No Yaris discussions at all. Post pics of your REAL car and why you think it's bad ass.

Since I was 16 I've had a Z31 300ZXT. Here's the current one. still a work in progress as always. Got into drifting after purchasing the car. Decided to stick with this platform instead of buying an S-chassis since it gets kinda old seeing them filling the pit at every event.

This is my other car. But now my yaris has became my main car. Since the heater core went out its been in my garage for six months. Waiting till summer time im going to do a bypass. Or if i have the time i may change it but its going to be a very frustrating few nights.

Oh and i was kinda in the same boat as you when i first got my yaris. I was like ho hum. Then after the sway bar i was like hmmm my car just became enjoyable to drive. Then after the trd springs and tie bars it really became fun. The ride is a little harsh at times so compared to my legend a luxury car theres a difference but when i want to go out and take some quick turns and zip around the yaris is the way to go.

My acura has been my project car for awile and i have dump thousands of dollars into it modding it and restoring it but now my yaris has taken its place.

Nice first post.

Bash the Yaris and put forth your Nissan shrine. WTF!?!

We all appreciate hearing about and seeing what other members are passionate about, but this as your first post, come on!

I don't have a problem at all with this thread... the Yaris is the kind of car that people buy as a reliable daily driver while keeping other less economical and reliable cars for fun. I'm sure there are lots of people here with other cars they cherish more.

exactly my point. Share pics of cars you are passionate about and tell why that car.

yes I am an in your face type person. if you have thin skin oh well.

drifting has a bad rap because everyone thinks it's competition based. bullshit. it's about having fun and pushing your limits. add to that for some reason everyone thinks it's soooo easy they go out and wreck their mom's accord leaving the news saying nothing but "drifting accident blah blah"

joined the forum to see if the car had any potential to not suck in the fun/enjoyable to drive area.

econobox owners getting defensive about someone "bashing" their beloved car? come on.

Well, I have to say I am just SOOOoooo happy for you that you have other cars to "cherish".
It always amazes me how people assume that everyone will have their luck/money/desire to own two cars/whichever. And that anyone not willing or able to follow suit is somehow lacking in common-sense/machismo/b@lls/whatever. Get over it.
Please don't assume that I share your prejudices.
I have a Yaris. Period. And I cherish it. I don't WANT another car.
Thin-skinned? If that's how you want to look at it, yeah. Why not?

Maybe you should re-read my comment as you clearly didn't read it correctly the first time.

Keep your personal unwarranted attacks to yourself please!

I have re-read your comment, and I do see your point. Kinda, maybe.
However, if that is what you call an "attack"....

Sure thing; I have no problem with that. However, it just seems like an in-your-face first post that kind of bashes the car so many of us really do like. Oh well; forum semantics.
