I've been really interested i picking one of these up, it seems like a pretty cool contraption. I anyone on here has one , how do you like it?

just too pricey for me to be able to solely read books/newspapers....etc..

true true, and there is something nice about a row of good book spines lined up on a shelf... not to mention the convenience of readily-available bathroom reading material

No thanks, I'll go to the used book store and pick up my books for 50 cents a piece.

I have the Sony Reader. Love it. Don't miss paper at all. I travel quite often for my job and it beats carrying around bulky books any day.

The original Kindle is an ugly beast, at least they got smart with the design of the Kindle 2.
