Racer-X
after months of debating i have finally decided to do it. this will be my next set-up.
Axis Racer-X 15x7 in the front ![]() 15x8 -27 offset in the rear (Just the way your mother likes it Trebeck.) ![]() I am unsure what tires sizes i should go with especially on the 15x8's, any help with that is greatly appreciated. fenders will be pulled and rolled for a flush look in the rear aswell. and if necessary coiloivers will be added further down the road. |

that's pretty damn hot
![]() gotta love the dish, cant wait to see em on the yarii! 205/50/15 will be just fine for all 4's and most common size. the Toyo T1R's offer a really wide selection of sizes that you could play with if you want to keep the same sidewall look for both.. like 195/45 in front / 205/45 in back or 205/50 in front / 225/50 in back... or even a 195/45 on all 4's... with a 15x8 you can strech a 195/45 easy, also possible up to a 15x9. 195/45 on 15x9's in these pics.. ![]() ![]()

so 205/50 in front / 225/50 in back would be your best bet

Need flares...simple stretch is not enough. Example: http://clubroadster.net/forum/viewto...er=asc&start=0
And mind you that on the miatas we can run 0 offset wheels with only having to roll the fenders. While on the yaris...you guys are having a hard time running anything below 32 offset. The lowest I've seen was Saggios yaris which the fenders were pulled and rolled...even then the wheels were 16x7 15 offest I think. You need some flares for it to work. Just trying to help. |

fenders will have to be removed.. -27mm offset will be about 1/2 the wheel sticking OUTSIDE the fenderwell.

how much would one spend on having the fenders shaped by a body shop to fit these wheels?

i cant see myself spending 2000 on fenders. even though it would look sick. i am changing my mind on the choice of rims.

205 front and 215 rear.
I would say go with 45 series tires to minimize the chance of rubbing in the rear. |
