Transmission removal question...
Getting ready to install clutch/flywheel, and was wondering... does the whole subframe need to be removed to drop the tranny out of the Yaris, like a Scion TC??? I have 2 Honda del Sols with B16's, and it is VERY quick and easy on those, but just helped a friend with a clutch/flywheel in his TC and it was VERY time consuming (removing subframe) PITA!!!

Nope, and don't take the struts off; just pop the lower ball joints, saves time and keeps your alignment.
