So I Got my CNC Machine in last week and...
I went on vacation to Mexico, but now i need to move it down into my basement. Its about 7 steps and it fits through the door nicely, buttttt its 1300 lbs and me and my dad can barely move it together. Any tips or ideas to get it down a flight of stairs without killing people?!
Pics to come! |

Hahaha i use those forearm things before, they are absolute JUNK 100%, you will hurt yourself quick if you are inexperienced in moving.
Buttt I got a Tri Power from www.shoptask.com I have a whole big writeup i need to post on cnczone about that company... its kind of nasty. I think I found some body builder guy and his four employees to help me lift it downstairs so i might be good, but im still looking for something a little better and safer! |

I would get some rails, or rollers, if you have a bulkhead (outside door) for the basement, put the rollers down the stairs, and use a winch or come-a-long to lower it down, tie it to a tree or something. dont know what the environment is like there
