I sent Mr. Raptor an email. I've been waiting for this thang for months. A coworker has the non-HD model and uses it for rock climbing (he critiques himself afterwards). I can't wait to attach this to *everything*. Vacuum-cleaner race cam, here I come!

Folks;

Just a little FYI; NOON TODAY (Thursday the 15th) is the deadline to get this amazing camera for the introductory pricing. After that they will be available for the pricing you see in the first post. I’m VERY excited to say that so far we have sold almost 30 units + tons of accessories. Don’t miss out…TRUST me you’re going t regret it. I can’t tell you how many times I was driving my car wishing I had something like this...as enthusiast I'm sure you've all felt the same thing. At $299 it’s still a steal so save yourself some cash and get them before the deadline.

Thanks so much for all those that have ordered their cameras; I expect to see PLENTY of videos as soon as you get them.

Cheers.

GoPro HD's started shipping this week; we got ours in and started testing today. So for I can say this unit is WAY better than the standard unit. Ease of use and sound quality has really improved...I just made a quick video to test it out...here it is:

Uhhhh....have you even looked at cost of actual HD camcorder with mounts/waterproof case/etc? I'm in no way affiliated with this dude or gopro at all and, as a diver, I'll tell you that to get HD picture to 180' with anything else is going to set you back a grand or more easy.
